Custom made, sharp as a blade!
Just wanted to show you guys my new kickass custom jacket! Too bad it's like -20 degrees celsius outside, so can't really walk around in it without dying the Wintersun death.
Custom stuff always turns out cooler, it's just how the world works really. And speaking of custom, I've got something new even cooler custom being made at the moment, to be revealed soon hopefully!

What doesn't kill you only makes you older!
25 years old, that's how far I've come in life by now as I turned that number 2 days ago. So happy birthday to me! And what's better than checking in to a hotel and catch some awesome bands live on the special day!
Said and done, me and my girl travelled to Stockholm on the 16th, checked out the hotel and then went out and grabbed some amazing food and watched some standup comedy. This was my first live standup I attended and it was hilarious so I gotta do that again!
Day 2, the day of the dead.. me.. we hit town and got some shopping done to get the day going until the event of the night, always fun spending money! Went back to the hotel and corked up the champagne to make it all a tad bit better!

The blackest bottle of them all ofcourse!
A bottle later feeling like superman it was time to catch the sub to Hovet where TASTE OF CHAOS took place. First band we saw was SUICIDE SILENCE which probably had the best crowd of all bands that night, but I'm assuming it's because of Mitch's amazing birdbang. Next up was HEAVEN SHALL BURN! I haven't listened to them much, recognized maybe one song or so, but they kicked ass and delivered better than the mailman himself. Also they threw shirts and stuff out into the crowd.. got me thinking, we should do that too! Great idea right?

Two beers are better than one!
A few more beers, Jack Daniels and the best of the best, rum and coke, later it was time for the band I was there to see the most. The one and ony Jakoby and PAPA ROACH! Say what you want but I think they're great! So front-row time and BOOM!, they blow away all their hits with a bang. And something I always enjoyed when watching bands live is the hunt for the sticks, picks and everything else the bands throw out! So this show was not an exception ofcourse, and I managed to catch a drumstick from Tony Palermo. I rock!
After that we watched AS I LAY DYING aswell and then it was time to head back to the hotel! All and all it was an amazing birthday!
Captain out!

Attack, attack!
Since we don't have any official videos of any song, I took myself the liberty of making a video for our opening track Attack of the Cenobites from our debut Tales From The Undead. It's probably one of the best videos ever made, so check it out!

Wouldn't you like to see something strange?
Time flies when having rum! So this years Halloween has passed and I hope you all had a killer one! We ended up playing shows on the 29th and the 30th and we kicked ass as usual.. I hope! On the 30th we played together with fellow Swedish horror-rockers The Nightshift that we haven't played with since 2008 so was cool to meet up with the guys again, check them out!
We were planning on premiering a brand new song, but then we didn't so that'll just have to wait until next time! I'll let you in on the super secret title though, just for you faithful readers! This masterpiece will be called Level 6, and if there's anyone out there who knows what Level 6 is, then you should know the theme of the song aswell. What can I say, we like movies! Or atleast I do, and since I write alot of our material it's very easy to just spawn songs out of cool movies, so there might be a movie-themed song or 2... or 5, on our next album aswell.

Hint, hint..
We're currently writing a whole lot of songs for the upcoming album, following our debut Tales From The Undead. We're aiming at a April/May 2011 release or so, and then hitting Europe with all we've got! So far we got a really cool gig lined up where we'll be sharing stage with the likes of Murderdolls, The Other, Rezurex and a bunch of other kick-ass horror bands. But with all things cool there's always restrictions so I can't tell you anything about it just yet, but as soon as we get green light I'll let you know!
There's probably a whole lot more I could write and write about to let you know pretty much fucking everything about us, but too much text bores me and I bet alot of you are the same. So I'll save some for later! And heads up, our new bass player will be announced soon!

Keep it in the crypt!
While writing this I'm watching Metalocalypse, and if you have missed that show for some strange reason you should go check it out 'cause it's hilarious! Kinda good of me to be able to write a blog and watch a show at the same time aswell right?
Well for you who follow my bands Facebook, MySpace, Twitter or any of those fancy sites I guess you already seen us introducing that thing you've been seeing lurking around. And if not, go check some of our sites damn it! Well it's the Cryptkeeper I'm talking about and he's gonna be doing all the sound effects and other cool stuff to make sure our live show gets even better. So yeah now we're a six-piece, but there's gonna be some other changes aswell but the future will tell you all about that.

Other than that we're just getting prepared for the upcoming shows, nailing the setlists that we'll be playing, and we'll also introduce a new cover we'll be doing live. Come to any of our shows to see which one! Or follow our YouTube channel, since it all finds its way on there eventually anyway.
I'm also featured in Brandon Myles Perry's new book "How to view and review post-modern/classical Horror Cinema". He wrote me and asked if I wanted to be part of it as an artist in the musical genre that reeks horror! A bunch of artists contributed to the book including Calabrese, Blitzkid, The Crimson Ghosts, Eerie Von (Danzig, Samhain), Diemonsterdie and a bunch more so check that out if you want to read some cool stuff about horror films.
I guess that wraps it up for now, now I'm off to check out the new Bad Religion album. I hear it's bad-ass, hope it is! Also you'd wanna check out Dimmu Borgirs new release Abrahadabra, it's killer!

I need a truck!
I need a truck to haul my bad thoughts around, I need a truck to haul my percodan and gin! Or atleast that's what Warren Zevon would have put it like I guess.
Anyway, speaking of trucks! Look what we've just got, it's the brand new Zombiesuckers trucker cap of terror! Pretty sweet huh? And no animals were harmed making the caps, we found them hanging like that, I swear!

And that thing again.. now holding the caps.. what is it? Sunday will tell, so stick around and get to know all about it! Also a bunch of other new stuff happening, hope yo be able to tell you guys about it soon enough!
Blast away a mail to contact@zombiesuckers.com or directly to me at captainmorgue@zombiesuckers.com if you'd like a cap for like $15 + postage, or whatever currency your working with. We'll figure it out for you.
